TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
50 % deposit on confirmation of Tour
to enable us to secure the hotel reservations.
Balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before tour commences.
100%.to be paid in full for any tours booked within 30 days of departure
Any cancellations made 30 days prior to departure, will be refunded 50%
After this period no refunds will be made
UNUSED SERVICES:
There will be no refund for unused portions of the Program.
No refund will be made to any client who will not complete the tour for any reason whatsoever.
No refund for NO SHOW clients.
